Can never get parking, checking all the street parking and car parks and surrounding streets lead me to park illegally every time.
Drainage is poor around many areas of the park and is awfully muddy after rain.
Very few seats, picnic tables, and benches - needs many more for the number of visitors.
Hundreds of off leash dogs throughout the park, I found myself very nervous as I am with my infant baby.
A large, beautiful park that’s truly a paradise for dog lovers! There are plenty of open spaces where dogs can run and play freely. You’ll see lots of adorable dogs and happy owners enjoying the outdoors together. It’s a great spot to take your furry friend for some exercise and socializing. Clean, safe, and welcoming — perfect for a relaxing day out with your pet!
Rubbish around car park near return and earn site. However, the majority of the park is spectacular, especially the places designed for scenic walks. The park has pathways to give even the most curious park goer a lot to do. The parklands provide a lot of diversity in geography, activity’s, vegetation and animals.
Did a 400m loop from disability parking area and found no BBQs, plenty of play areas and a kiosk with very loud doof doof ‘music’.
Lots of places to sit.
Reviews state BBQs are present but I couldn’t find but definitely not close to the parking area.
All along the walking trails the smell of dog urine and faeces was rife and, although only 11am on what is going to be a hot day it was too smelly to keep walking.
Dogs don’t need to be on leashes.
Good paths for jogging and wheelchair access but super stinky.
Great Leash Free Dog Park
Two swimming holes for dogs only
A cafe
A childrens playground no dogs allowed
Lots of SHARED running, walking and cycling track
Skate park
And lost balls and dinosaurs in the ponds
