Paws Hotel

My husband contacted Paw Hotel for our 10days holiday. They are very fast and efficient in their response and we communicated well via email. The pet hotel is very spacious and I had them sent via private car charter. Seems like my cats are roaming around and looking very comfortable and confident when entering this Pet Hotel. The facilities are great and they also have live monitoring / video recording services as well if you miss your pet. 🥰

This is the only cat boarding facility I trust, and I wouldn’t send my cat anywhere else. The staff are absolutely amazing always friendly, reliable, and genuinely caring. You can tell they love and care for every single cat that stays there. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, with soothing cat music always playing. Each cat gets individual attention and plenty of playtime every day, which gives me great peace of mind. Even when I’m traveling, I never have to worry. The team regularly sends photo and video updates, which makes me feel connected and reassured that my furbaby is happy and well cared for. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, loving, and professional cat boarding service. Paws Hotel is the way to go!

We boarded our two cats, Bun and Donuts, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! Both of them were so well cared for — we could tell they felt safe, relaxed, and loved throughout their stay. The caregiver was incredibly patient and gentle, and sent us regular photo and video updates, which made us feel completely at ease while we were away. Bun is usually quite shy, but he looked so comfortable and calm, and Donuts, our little explorer, clearly had a blast! They both came home happy, healthy, and totally content. We’re so grateful for the wonderful care they received. Highly recommended!

Paws hotel is a perfect place to trust for your fur family. Incredible service and lovely staffs. Very clean and well maintained catrery. Our cat is very shy and timid but the wonderful staffs takes a great care of him. Highly recommended 👍🏻

5/5 — Absolutely Loved It! Our cat Cookie stayed at Paws Hotel for 7 days, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The place was extremely clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. The staff was genuinely caring and friendly, and they took such wonderful care of Cookie. We especially loved that they sent us videos every two days, so we could see how happy and comfortable she was. It gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We were really impressed by their service and the love they show to every pet. Highly recommended! 🐾❤️
