This is the only cat boarding facility I trust, and I wouldn’t send my cat anywhere else. The staff are absolutely amazing always friendly, reliable, and genuinely caring. You can tell they love and care for every single cat that stays there. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, with soothing cat music always playing. Each cat gets individual attention and plenty of playtime every day, which gives me great peace of mind. Even when I’m traveling, I never have to worry. The team regularly sends photo and video updates, which makes me feel connected and reassured that my furbaby is happy and well cared for. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, loving, and professional cat boarding service. Paws Hotel is the way to go!
My husband contacted Paw Hotel for our 10days holiday. They are very fast and efficient in their response and we communicated well via email. The pet hotel is very spacious and I had them sent via private car charter. Seems like my cats are roaming around and looking very comfortable and confident when entering this Pet Hotel. The facilities are great and they also have live monitoring / video recording services as well if you miss your pet. 🥰
Paws hotel is a perfect place to trust for your fur family. Incredible service and lovely staffs. Very clean and well maintained catrery. Our cat is very shy and timid but the wonderful staffs takes a great care of him. Highly recommended 👍🏻
This was my first time with Paws Hotel and we couldn’t be happier. The facility was clean and well kept, and the staff were super friendly. I was able to monitor Mango 24/7 through the live camera, and I received regular updates from the staff through WhatsApp in regards to how my cat is doing. I will definitely be using paws hotel again, and will be recommending them to my friends and family.
