Paws hotel is a perfect place to trust for your fur family. Incredible service and lovely staffs. Very clean and well maintained catrery. Our cat is very shy and timid but the wonderful staffs takes a great care of him. Highly recommended 👍🏻
We boarded our two cats, Bun and Donuts, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! Both of them were so well cared for — we could tell they felt safe, relaxed, and loved throughout their stay. The caregiver was incredibly patient and gentle, and sent us regular photo and video updates, which made us feel completely at ease while we were away.
Bun is usually quite shy, but he looked so comfortable and calm, and Donuts, our little explorer, clearly had a blast! They both came home happy, healthy, and totally content. We’re so grateful for the wonderful care they received. Highly recommended!

There’s no other place I’d trust with my babies. The villas are spacious and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of hidey holes, scratching posts, climbing spots and perches to observe the neighbours.
I love being able to check in on them any time via the video feed, and the Paws team also send updates every few days for added peace of mind. The owner is lovely - she treats every furry guest with such warmth and care. 💜
