My rescue cats were very well cared for here. Their first time in care I chose Paws Hotel after a visit to see the clean facilities with lots of engaging toys levels and space. The staff are excellent. Picking up the cats they were in great health. I got daily updates and had access to a webcam which my kids loved to check in on their fursiblings whilst we were away. Will definitely book again! Thanks
Paws hotel is the best place to leave your cat when you go on a holiday. They gave me daily check ups, a live stream of the enclosure my cat was in and were great to deal with. I will definitely use them again and recommend friends + family.
This is the only cat boarding facility I trust, and I wouldn’t send my cat anywhere else. The staff are absolutely amazing always friendly, reliable, and genuinely caring. You can tell they love and care for every single cat that stays there. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, with soothing cat music always playing. Each cat gets individual attention and plenty of playtime every day, which gives me great peace of mind. Even when I’m traveling, I never have to worry. The team regularly sends photo and video updates, which makes me feel connected and reassured that my furbaby is happy and well cared for. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, loving, and professional cat boarding service. Paws Hotel is the way to go!

My husband contacted Paw Hotel for our 10days holiday. They are very fast and efficient in their response and we communicated well via email. The pet hotel is very spacious and I had them sent via private car charter. Seems like my cats are roaming around and looking very comfortable and confident when entering this Pet Hotel. The facilities are great and they also have live monitoring / video recording services as well if you miss your pet. 🥰
