We brought our dog here for his neutering surgery and the whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. The recovery process was very smooth, and the team was always friendly, approachable, and happy to answer any questions we had post-surgery. Really appreciated the care and support throughout.

Best vet in the western suburbs by far! Naomi really looked after my baby boy and treated him like her own. You can definitely tell this isn’t just a job for her, it’s a passion. Thank you so much again for looking after him and for supporting me as well. I’d also like to thank Imogen, one of the many amazing vet nurses at this clinic, for taking such great care of my boy. We recently visited this clinic with our German Shepherd (40kg) due to concerns including anal irritation and possible hip dysplasia. While the reception staff were helpful, we were disappointed with the consultation experience (Dr. Alex). Our dog was pre-medicated as advised and remained calm and manageable throughout the visit. We were also holding him securely with treats. Despite this, the vet appeared hesitant to approach and handle a large breed dog, and a thorough physical examination was not carried out. In particular, our concerns regarding his hips were not assessed, and we were not provided with clear guidance on next steps such as imaging or referral. We understand that safety is important, especially with large dogs, however we expected a more confident and comprehensive examination given the situation. Based on this experience, we would recommend confirming that the clinic is comfortable handling large breeds if you have a similar dog. We will never visit this clinic again

I visited the clinic for my puppy’s vaccination and asked a few additional health questions as I was concerned. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The doctor’s responses felt blunt and dismissive, often just saying “it’s a puppy” without providing proper explanations or reassurance. As a worried pet owner, I expected empathy, patience, and clear communication. There was no warmth or reassurance during the consultation, which made the experience stressful rather than supportive. While the clinic may be clinically capable, the bedside manner and client communication could definitely be improved. Pet owners come in stressed and concerned, and a little compassion goes a long way.

Alex is an amazing veterinarian. I thank Alex and the team for attending to my beautiful boy with care and making sure he is comfortable during his procedures. I have been going to this vet for 10 years and I have met some amazing people. It's not easy taking our loved ones for surgery especially, but I appreciate everything you have done and I know my boy does too.
