I really wasn't sure about leaving my new cavoodle in the care of people I didn't know and spent a lot of time reviewing dog daycare centres across Melbourne. When she didn't like them or didn't want to go to them when I dropped her off, I would find another Daycare centre until I found one she did love and want to go to. The first day at Kips Brunswick was a half day and my little girl was so tired she slept all afternoon and all night. The next visit to the same Kips in Brunswick was a bit longer and she was excited to see the staff member who came out to collect her, again when I picked her up she was so happy but so tired. By the third visit, a full day, she didn't even care that I was there, she greeted the staff member and ran off to have fun. I was a bit sad that she didn't even look back but thrilled that she was happy to be there. My girl has been going for 8 months now; she has just turned 1 and has been at the Kip in Brunswick 3 days a week for the last 7 weeks as I started a new job. I was worried about her being there 3 days a week for long days but there was absolutely nothing to worry about; she loves her doggy daycare days with her favourite people and her favourite puppy friends, she loves the daily activities and was treated to a beautiful photo shoot for her 1st birthday. The team there are just amazing with my little girl and they adore her almost as much as I do. They check in with me on some of her not-so-great behaviours and we have agreed responses, so no matter if she is at home barking at people walking past or at daycare barking to be chased, the response is the same and reward for doing the right thing is the same. The team have been so supportive of me as well, I was hesitant to get a dog because I have a disability but all of the staff members have taken time to talk to me or listen to me when I'm frustrated with typical puppy behaviour. The team have also been very responsive with any issues I've had; if I'm concerned about their response to something my dog has done or the way another dog has been towards my dog, they have really listened and reassured me of my dog's safety and care while she is with them. I know they are like a second home for her and really do give her the love, attention, and gentle-redirection, she needs and gets from home.

My boxer Lily and whippy Sonic had an absolute amazing time recently at Kip Brunswick doggy daycare. Staff catered to both their individual needs and were extremely knowledgeable with dog socialization considering both my 2 have extremely different personalities. A huge thankyou and lots of licks from Lily and Sonic

Enrolled our puppy to the puppy classes and it was one of the best decisions I've made. The difference to how he was from the first class to the last class was night and day. Our trainer/teacher Nhu is experienced as they come and she took the time to help each pup. With a trainer who is as passionate as she was, I would highly recommend Kip Brunswick as a launchpad that will set your puppy up for success.

My dog has been attending Kip for about 4.5 years now and he loves it, he walks in excited every week. Shay and the team at Kip are always so lovely, they greet him with kindness, warmth and genuine care. I know he has a great time at daycare and I dont hesitate to recommend Kip to other dog owners. Shay and the team take the time to chat about my dog if there have been any changes in routine or behaviour. I’m so grateful for the special care they take of my dog each week.

My puppy really loves his playdates at Kip Brunswick. The staff is so caring and loving with him and all the other dogs. Every time we take him to daycare, he's happy and excited. Thank you for taking such good care of Charlie.
